ARTIST BIOS

ALEXIS POWELL is a NYC-based performer, multimedia artist and founder of the Hearsay & Hyperbole performance ensemble. Most recently Alexis performed “All Them That Weave The Wind” in Dixon Place’s 2016 Hot! Festival. In the 2016 Spring/Break Art Show, Alexis performed original musical compositions with David B. Smith’s sculptural exhibit, “Extruded Daydream”. She received a 2015 Brooklyn Arts Council grant for her experimental musical “An Invitation to Sleep”, which performed in 2015 at the Brooklyn Arts Exchange, and was transformed into an interactive audio installation and performance in Austin’s Salvage Vanguard Theater in early 2016. Alexis was a performer and crew on Gina Telaroli’s film HERE’S TO THE FUTURE!, which premiered in the 2014 Migrating Forms festival at BAM. Alexis has written several original performances as Hearsay & Hyperbole which have been performed at Dixon Place, Hot! Festival, KweendomNYC, Arts@Renaissance, Union Docs, and Provincetown Playhouse. In 2013, she was a recipient of the Danish International Visiting Artists Residency Grant. Alexis is a founding member of the the Brooklyn-based Meerkat Media Arts Collective whose paradigms are rooted in nonhierarchical collaboration and social change. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, and a M.A. in drama therapy from New York University, and is the founder of the Creative Spark workshop series exploring creativity for wellness.

ARIANNA DUNMIRE is an artist, mover, and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. Arianna was born in New York but spent over 5 years in Madison, WI in which time she earned a Bachelors degree in dance from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. In college she solidified her interests in pushing physical limits, aesthetic, and exploring human anatomy. She trains and teaches at the STREB Lab for Action Mechanics in popaction, acrobatics, and parkour. Last spring Arianna performed with Katelyn Halpern at the All Over West Beth festival and in Summer 2016 was part of the launch of her company, Katelyn Halpern & Dancers, with whom she now works. In her unique athletic style, Arianna is currently choreographing solo work to be presented throughout the city this fall and in a solo show in a tiny black box theater next year. Although dance often gets the spotlight, Arianna is also a fine artist currently engaging with figure drawing, skeletons, and aesthetic.

AYA CLARKE is a DJ, pole dancer, choreographer and performance artist who explores the intersections of blackness, their southern roots, life after trauma, healing, magic, gender, and sexuality. Using movement and performance as a catalyst for healing, reimagining and reaffirming the power of marginalized bodies they facilitate “Manifesting Through Movement,” workshops, teaches dance classes at Sweetwater Dance & Yoga and City Pole, as well as a monthly pole class for queer and trans people of color. They’ve performed at The Morgan Library’s Spring Family Fair, City Pole & Nuyorican’s Cafe “Pole Poetry,” and Dixon Place’s HOT! Festival.

BENJAMIN LUNDBERG is also a video artist, and designer/editor/videographer for hire. His video performance uses bodies annotated by historical scars and pop culture citations to peal back the skin of Colombianidad, and to reveal the violence of U.S. military intervention in Colombia. He regularly collaborates with Spiderwoman Theater Company as a designer and archivist. He has worked with Norwegian Theater Academy, Rattlestick Playwright’s Theater, 2050 Legacy, Jes Tom, TITS FISCHER & KITTEN’S KISS, and GQ/Conde Naste.

CHRISTOPHER DAWES is a Producer, Director, Editor and Actor. A graduate of Colgate University, he recently edited the film Fagbug Nation, which is now in festivals and digital distribution. His current projects include acting as Associate Producer, Assistant Director, Editor and Archivist on a feature-length documentary about gay and lesbian history from 2000 BC through 1900 AD, and as the Assistant Producer on a feature-length dramatic film adaptation of an award winning one woman stage play.  A certified producer at BRIC/BCAT, Chris has co-produced a television series on Brooklyn-based environmental issues and innovative solutions to those issues. CAYLEE SHIMIZU
she mee zoo is a one-woman show trying to make it in the big apple.
That woman, Caylee Shimizu, is a San Diego native and a recent resident of Brooklyn; she danced and photographed her way to a BFA at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia under the direction of Donna Faye Burchfield. She began this solo study after moving to New York with the intention to create whimsical works that incorporate highly physical and expressive movement. She focuses on designing the space and creating compositions that charm the eye, ear, and mind. she mee zoo has performed with B.U.M.P CPR-Center for Performance Research, TRANSLATE (voices of dance) Dixon Place, and THE CREATORS COLLECTIVE’s “Ready Freddy’s?!” @ Freddy’s Bar,  “SHHHHH!” @ Rough Trade NYC & “The City is Our Playground” @ Open Source Gallery.

GRIZZLY|BRADY is the rhythmically focused and sonically inventive improvisational project of drummer John Grizzly (johngrizzly.nyc) and bassist Matt Brady. As a duo or backing collaborators, they explore idioms from classic rock, jazz, funk, and hip-hop to create a novel and intuitive soundscape. Suitable for chilling, dancing, thinking, and sometimes feeling.

HANNA BASS is a dancer, photographer, and filmmaker based in New York City. She grew up in Southern California and began her dance training at age eight. At 14, she moved to NYC to further her dance training. Since moving to the city, she has taken an interest in creating art of various other mediums including still photography and short films. 

HIRA NABI is an experimental/narrative filmmaker living and working in Brooklyn. Her work incorporates digital video, film, archival footage, audio, text, still images as ways of investigating time, memory and ritual. She is a member of the Brooklyn Filmmakers Collective.

JACQUELINE LYNCH is an actress, writer and solo performer.  She is currently creating characters whose central theme is isolation.  One of these characters - “Teddy” - became a short video which played at the Extremely Shorts Festival in Houston.   This is leading to more shorts.

JONATHAN DOHERTY resides in New York City after graduating from the University of the Arts (class of 2015) under the direction of Donna Faye Burchfield. He has had the pleasure of working with artists such as Jesse Zaritt, Katie Swords-Thurman, Tommie Waheed-Evans, Netta Yerushalmy, Douglas Becker, and was a apart of the original cast of Twyla Tharp’s “TreeFrog in StoneHenge” (2013) as a featured soloist. Since moving to New York, Jonathan has shown and been apart of work shown in venues such as The Tank, JACK, The New York City Transit Museum and Triskelion Arts. Currently, Jonathan is crafting a new evenings length work with collaborator Georgia Gavran to premier this January (2017) in 'Split The Bill' at Triskelion Arts.

KAKE DANCE
As a Maine native, Katherine began her study of dance at Kennebec Dance Centre in Augusta. While there she also began teaching and choreographing on students. From this experience Katherine was able to broaden her career at P2P Dance Center and Camp Vega as a dance instructor. She graduated Cum Laude from Hofstra University in 2012 with a dual degree in Dance and Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. Throughout her career at Hofstra she had the pleasure to perform works from choreographers such as Doug Varone, Amy Marshall, Giada Ferrone, Maxine Steinman, Robin Becker, Karla Wolfangle, Jill Sigman and Jodi Sperling. Her own choreography has been showcased in performances at NYC Dance10 @ Dixon Place, Triskelion's Summer Shake Up, Ready Freddy?! (THE CREATORS COLLECTIVE), the American College Dance Festival and the biannual Amalgamate Series in recent years. Katherine’s 2011 self-choreographed solo entitled "Augusta Moves" was chosen to be performed at the Kennedy Center in May of 2012 by the National College Dance Festival. In recent years she has taught modern dance at That's Dancin studio in Middle Village, NY as well as holding master classes at various studios and Hofstra University. She has also been seen touring with Robin Becker Dance's Into Sunlight performances most recently being a tour through the country of Vietnam and West Point Military Academy. Katherine has also been a participant in many charities including volunteering at Friends with Four Paws, New York Cares and participating in the Walk to Defeat ALS. As the founder of KaKe Dance she hopes to reach others worldwide through performances of the company's modern repertoire and the indulgent works on the youtube series "...With Words".

KIM YAGED is an award-winning writer with a background in theater, television, and film. Her hilarious one-woman tour de force "Hypocrites & Strippers" was nominated for a Best Actress Artsie. An excerpt is included in "The Best Women's Monologues for the 21st Century". The animated shorts inspired by "Hypocrites & Strippers" are traveling the globe, including stops in Rio, Melbourne, London, New York, Chicago, Austin, and Spike & Mike’s Festival of Animation. Kim received the Kennedy Center’s Meritorious Achievement Award for her dance piece "America". "America" also won the Audience Award at the Downtown Urban Theater Festival in New York and was part of House Special at ODC Theater in San Francisco. Kim’s chamber opera "www.love" was showcased by the New York City Opera and performed at the University of Michigan, where it won four Ann Arbor News Awards, including Best Musical and Best Original Production. Kim's work has been published by Random House, Applause, and Ballantine Books, among others.

LIL ARONOFF
Born and raised in New York, Lil Aronoff has been dancing since the age of 2. She is currently majoring in dance at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Lil has studied under Sean Curran, Pamela Pietro, Rashaun Mitchell, Jolinda Menendez, Cherylyn Lavagnino, as well as others. She has performed at and choreographed for various Tisch School of the Arts showcases as well as performing at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center.  Lil is currently represented by McDonald Selznick and Associates Agency.

LUISA INNISFREE
Born to immigrant parents of Chile and Yugoslavia, Luisa Innisfree Martinez began her life in Manhattan, New York. She had the fortuity of moving and growing up in several states along the East Coast. In 2010 she received her B.F.A. in Dance Performance and Choreography from Ohio University. Moving back to NY, Luisa pursued a career in dance education while her choreography was performed at several theaters in the NYC area.

MATILDA SAKAMOTO is a choreographer and dancer born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has trained at Springboard Danse Montreal, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, LINES Ballet, and San Francisco Ballet School. Matilda received her BFA from Juilliard. While there, Matilda has performed original works by Kyle Abraham, Kate Weare, Brian Brooks, and Camille A. Brown. As well as repertory by Elliot Feld, José Limón, Ohad Naharin, Jiri Kylian, and Merce Cunningham. Matilda has also appeared in Fall for Dance 2014 and Kate Weare's 10th anniversary at BAM Fisher. While at Juilliard, she choreographed and set numerous pieces on students as well as outside dance collectives. Matilda is also a visual artist and loves to meld these worlds together in her work. In life Matilda creates, choreographs, dances, does good things and always tries to be free.

MAYA PINSKY’s work investigates intimate and universal points of view, exploring the camera intervention, how people relate to what is being viewed, and individual responses to his or her own image. She sees the moving image as a way to discover the potential of visual language, uniting the traditions of documentary, narrative, experimental, still images, and footage appropriation. Her recent inspirations are often rooted in her experience as an immigrant, the distance from her homeland and her relationship with her new place. Born and raised in São Paulo, Maya is now based in New York. She has a BA in Film Studies from Fundação Armando Alvarez Penteado (São Paulo, Brazil), and received and MFA in Photography, Video, and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts (New York) in 2011.

MEGAN PARADOWSKI
Originally from Texas, Megan Paradowski began her dance training in the small town of College Station. She moved to New York City at age 18 to train at Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, where her expected graduation is May of 2018. She has studied under Seán Curran, Rashaun Mitchell, Giada Ferrone, Pamela Pietro, and others. Megan has danced in and choreographed for numerous shows at Tisch School of the Arts. She also choreographs and teaches for Expressions Dance Company in Texas. 

NIA & NESS
Nia Shand and Ness White are a dancer/poet performance art duo based in the NYC Metropolitan area. They met in Philadelphia three years ago while attending Temple University and immediately began a collaborative art process, as well an intimate relationship. Along with the couple's work together, Nia is a proud BFA dance graduate from Temple. Immediately after graduation she began dancing in Germany and France with DAGADA dance company as part of her developing dance career; and Ness, a Journalism graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh, freelances as a writer and editor for the Việt Tide as well as several other news outlets.

The couple’s work is informed by the complexities of their relationship, and aims at a deeper understanding of their co-reality through intense investigation of their individual identities.

SHAUNA SORENSEN AND DANCERS first premièred in 2010 at The Ailey City Group Theater in New York City. Most recently the company premiered their evening length piece “Circular Shift” as a part of Gibney Dance’s POP:Showing series. Shauna Sorensen and Dancers have presented works at The Queens Fringe Festival, The Quarterly Arts Soiree at Webster Hall, Dixon Place Presents Fast Forward, In-Sight Dance Company’s “Suite Summer”, The Rebound Dance Festival in New Haven, CT., Identically Different Dance, Translate: The Voices of Dance/JChen Project, and The DUMBO Dance Festival. The company strives to create exciting, athletic dance through strong collaboration between director, Shauna Sorensen, and the current company members. SUKU DANCE LAB is a Brooklyn based dance-theater company founded by Talia Moreta and Belinda Adam. Our works have been presented with The Creator’s Collective’s event at Pop up Performance, Dixon Place, WMAAC Moving Beauty Series, Pushing Progress Showcase Series, and with WAXworks. Suku Dance Lab aims to create accessible and relatable performances rooted in dance and theater. Holding collaboration at the center of our process, Suku Dance Lab calls upon various dance lineages, elements of voice, and live music to establish a dynamic and nuanced lens through which to examine community - how human experiences can be deeply unique and simultaneously universal.

5TH DIGIT DANCE was created in December, 2015, under the direction of Cassandra Cotta. Since their founding, they have performed in many different venues around NYC, including Anita's Way in Times Square, the Producer's Club and Gibney Dance Center, most notably. They have also taken their work on tour to North Carolina and taught repertory to students in New Jersey. As a company, they look to bring pieces full of athleticism, honesty and questions to their audiences in the hopes that the material will feel relevant and stimulate purposeful discussions. Overall, they believe in a heavily collaborative process that is open to giving any and all ideas a fair chance.

RICHARD BATES | FILM 

Richard Bates is an artist from a small town outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He graduated from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia where he studied film and screenwriting. He is inspired by nature, music, and outer space. Richard is currently freelancing in film and commercial production while working on his writing and videography.

DANE BENKO | FILM

Dane Benko is a filmmaker from Albuquerque, New Mexico, currently residing in Brooklyn. He is a member of Basement Films in Albuquerque and The FilmShop's Brooklyn Chapter in New York City. A media agnostic, he tries to bridge the world between professional film and video production and experimental or alternative DIY content, across platforms, across genres, and across curation.  

ALEX BITTNER | DANCER

Alex Bittner was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She attended dance classes growing up at the Mark Morris Dance Center. She received formal training at LaGuardia High School for the Performing Arts. She now attends the Dance Conservatory at SUNY Purchase, and will graduate next May. Alex has been in a series of dance videos as well as music videos doing modern and contemporary dance styles.

Raised in Naples, Florida,  Bugsy‎ was immersed in a unique  household growing up filled with story tellers. This led him to begin telling his own stories through different mediums. He feels the essence to great stories is by being open to life and finding the courage to really examines one’s own life and the world around. He is currently a freelance cinematographer/writer/director who frequently collaborates with film editor Scarlett Lillian Wilson.

Kim is an artist and researcher interested in physical movement, technology and sensory sociology.

EVAN CARTER | FILM

Evan Carter is a filmmaker, story listener, and lover of the world that surrounds us all. A recent transplant to NYC from the Nation's Capital, Evan is eager for the new film opportunities and adventures that lie ahead.

While living in Washington D.C. he worked for a number of businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and artists. His projects covered a full spectrum of style and topics; from editing documentaries for the Smithsonian Channel and filming commercials for local businesses, to flying around the Western Hemisphere to shoot an aspiring musician's music video in LA and film a series of short documentaries for the Unitarian Universalist Association in rural Haiti.

SAMM COHEN | ILLUSTRATION

Samm Cohen, born in New York, has been making intense passionate artwork since before she could write.  With painting and photography regularly used in her family as a communication of individual perspective and style, Samm has been studying and modifying her expression for over 30 years.  Within this, Samm has also studied psychology from many angles and also pushed her voice through poetry.  She has expanded to digital, video, sculpture, and jewelry, though of course Samm still paints and photographs.  Whatever feels right and seems pertinent to the message being aesthetically conveyed.  Color and line are filled with ardor and pushed across the surface with explosive emotion.  The raw and honest quality of the work shows her devotion to her art and the messages being conveyed.  Samm has shown in over 30 various art exhibitions, mostly in the New York area, in both a solo and a group capacity, and has published and been interviewed for a number of different journals. sammcohen.com

DEBORAH CORRALES | DANCE

Deborah Corrales is a Brooklyn-based artist originally from Orange, CA. She has trained in ballet since the age of 7. She has also trained in Graham, Horton, Taylor, and Cunningham modern techniques, jazz, hip hop, tap, ballroom, and much more. She received her B.F.A. in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle, WA. Corrales has worked with artists from around the world including Anna Conner, Sarita Lou, Sandra Marin Garcia (Kidd Pivot), Ming Yang, Danielle Agami, Mark Haim, Camille A. Brown, John Jasperse, and more. Also interested in collaboration-based work, Corrales has integrated film, music, and design artists into many of her choreographed works. She is an artist and performer with skills to share her passion with students and artists alike. She is stoked to be working with Rachel and CEMA dance!

ASHNI DAVE | VOCALIST

Ashni is a singer, songwriter and pianist. Her relationship with the stage began at an early age with classical Indian dance, Kathak; the sound and movement remain a deep love and inspiration. Ashni's music is filled with soulful melodies, heavy with R&B and jazz influence. She is currently studying under accomplished jazz musicians and developing her craft, performing regularly at venues around New York City, including Rockwood Music Hall and The Bowery Electric. ADI EYTAN | CHOREOGRAPHY

Adi Eytan was born in Los Angeles, California, and grew up in Aseret, Israel. She trained at “Tzuza” Dance School, Zehava Barak Ballet School in Rehovot, and at Bikurey Ha’itim in Tel-Aviv. After graduating high school she joined the Israeli Army and was accepted into their Dancer Excellence Program, which allows 25 dancers per year to pursue their dance career during their mandatory military service. Adi danced in both the DEDE Dance Company Training Program in Tel-Aviv, and the Vertigo Dance Company Training Program in Jerusalem.  She’s had the privilege to learn and perform works by Robert Battle, Ohad Naharin, Emanuel Gat, Barak Marshell, Oren Tishler, Inbal Aloni, DEDE Dance Company, Kibbutz Dance Company and Vertigo Dance Company.

Adi began her professional career in Jerusalem with Kolben Dance Company and has worked with Stuffed Animals Dance Collective, Irit Amichai, Erin Shand, Nitzan Bardichev and Aviv Shem-Tov before moving to New York City where she’s been invited to perform her own work at Brick Theater, Salvtore Capezio Theater, Green Space Studios and the Hudson Guild Theatre. Adi is also trained in improvisational studies, is a certified pilates teacher by SteelePilates and currently teaches Pilates at Gibney Dance Center through Movement Research. She is also currently working for Natalie Johnson Dance Company and choreographer Thea Little.  

Juliana Garber | CHOREOGRAPHY

Juliana Garber is a dancer, choreographer, and video artist from Yorktown Heights, NY. She graduated from Oberlin College with a B.A. in dance with a focus on choreography and dance for the camera, earning the Helen M. Ward Memorial Award for Excellence in Dance. While at Oberlin, she had the pleasure of dancing in works by Amy Miller and Robert Wesner, as well as in several student pieces. Her experience also includes collaboration with numerous composers, dancers and technical artists. She is currently dancing and making work in New York City. Rachel HagAn / CEMA Dance | CHOREOGRAPHY

Rachel Hagan is a Brooklyn-based dancer and choreographer originally from Louisiana. Following her training at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and high school training with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Rachel founded CEMA dance with a goal of providing a home to movement exploring relationships. CEMA was founded with four focuses in mind: Collaboration, Exploration, Movement, and Artists. At its core, CEMA's work and creative process actively seek new ways to connect the physical to emotional. Rachel’s choreography has been featured at NYU’s Skirball Center of the Performing Arts, Judson Memorial Church, the Center for Performance Research, Gowanus Art + Production, Triskelion Arts, Ailey Citigroup, and at Gowanus Loft in the company’s first solo evenings in October 2014. ANNE HU | FILM

Anne Hu is a filmmaker and video editor based in New York, New York.  She has edited theatrical film trailers and television commercials for The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Rush, Comet, Virunga, Good Kill, Dope, Vacation, and more.  

Her directorial work has also received recognition.  Balloon, a hand-drawn animated short, was in the Top 16 New York City Campus MovieFest Northern Regional Grand Finale.  Emma, a short narrative, was accepted into the Queens World Film Festival, and she is currently submitting her latest film, Into the Woods, into festivals.

She is an active member of the NYC filmmaker’s collective, The Filmshop. Outside of filmmaking and editing, she is dancing, writing, drawing, and spoiling her dog.  annehu.com

Mark Lambert was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Milford, Connecticut.  At the age of eleven, he started tap dancing and competing in National and World tap competitions.  When he was thirteen he began attending Interlochen Arts Academy majoring in Ballet, where he will finishing up his fourth and final year in the upcoming fall.  In 2011 he won first place at That’s Entertainment for the National Tap award and in 2012 he received the title of “Overall Best Performer”.  He has taught master classes at That’s Entertainment Dance Competition and Stratford Performing Arts Academy.  Mark has trained for the past two summers under the instruction of Brian Lewis from the Bolshoi Ballet, and was accepted into the school’s year-round Trainee Program. He has performed as the Snow King in The Nutcracker, Peter in Peter and the Wolf, as well as working with contemporary choreographers such as Matthew Prescott and Gina Patterson. Mark has choreographed tap solos, contemporary Pas de Deux’s, worked as a choreographer for Fairfield Theater Company, as well as music videos and musicals at Interlochen Arts Academy.  

ALICE PLATI  | FILM

Alice Plati is a New York City-based filmmaker and video editor. She received her BFA in film & video with a minor in photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art in the spring of 2015, where she was awarded departmental recognition for excellence by the video faculty.  Her work has been presented in New York City galleries and museums including Reverse Space, Salon 94, The Rogue Gallery, and The Museum of Modern Art.

Alice comes from a very musical family, however she discovered that her finesse with sound translates best not behind an instrument, but behind the lens.  Her attraction to physicality and movement stems from her background as a trained gymnast, soccer player, and black-belt mixed martial artist. Her recent work applies dance as a story-telling device in site-specific locations. Her New York City stomping grounds have been a constant source of inspiration for her videos. HALEY ROBINSON | DANCE 

Haley is a recent graduate from Sarah Lawrence College. While at SLC she concentrated in the humanities, social sciences, and dance. In the 2013-2014 academic year, she studied at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire for dance in London, England. There she was able to hone in on her interests in community-based dance education and arts administration. Currently, she is the Administrative Coordinator in the Psychology Department at Columbia University.

KOLIANE ROCHON | DANCE

Koliane Rochon Prom Tep is originally from Montreal. After being a gymnast for 5 years she started a rigorous dance intensive at The Ballet Divertimento School in Montreal. She then moved to New York and completed the Certificate Program at Peridance. During those 2 years she met and learned from numerous dancers/teachers such as Milton Myers, Richard Chen See, Tymberly Canale, Marlena Wolfe, Jesse Zaritt, Manuel Vignoulle and others. She also performed in pieces choreographed by Enzo Celli, Bryan Arias, Igal Perry and Robert Battle. Those years allowed her to develop and define her artistic identity and create her own style of contemporary dance. Koliane has also collaborated with other artists in dance and film projects. She is currently working with Katherine Maxwell, Elena Vazintaris and CEMA dance.

D. SCHMUDDE | FILM

D. Schmüdde is a film director and computer scientist who has been building experiences and creating stories for broad audiences for the last 15 years. His work has been broadcast on traditional outlets such as the Dish Network, AT&T U-Verse, and Direct TV, screened at legendary venues like the Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, and performed in stalwart institutions such as the Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art and the Schusev State Museum of Architecture in Moscow.

GINA SOLEBELLO | VOCALIST

Gina is a music and theater artist who resides in Brooklyn. She is the current Artistic Director of The Creators Collective as well as the Production Assistant for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Gina has been singing since the age of 3, and has been trained by various teachers for the past 13 years. She holds a BA in Musical Theatre from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. Some favorite roles include Meg (Crimes of the Heart), Miss Julie (Miss Julie), CB’s Sister (Dog Sees God), Rhonda/Sandrine/Marvalyn (Almost, Maine), and Eponine (Les Miserables).

SCARLETT WILSON | FILM

Scarlett Lillian Wilson was born in the Turks and Caicos Islands and grew up in the Bahamas where she was taught dance by her mother and grandmother. She now lives and works in Brooklyn as a video editor, filmmaker and bartender. Her art and style has been greatly influenced by her talented and creative family. 

ANNA VOMACKA | DANCE

Anna Vomacka is currently a dance major at The Ohio State University. Prior to attending OSU Anna studied dance at Adelphi University and at The Duncan Conservatory in Prague, Czech Republic. She is currently performing Gerard & Kelly's "Timelining," at the Guggenheim as part of the STORYLINES exhibition.
